From start to finish the transaction was by far the best experience I have had with a mortgagte refinance. Jonathan Scott was on top of getting me the answers I needed. Requests for information were timely as were my responses which lead to a speedy flow and confirmation of receipt allowed piece of mind and enabled moving forward. The online platform was easy to follow and comprehend. Would I do it again with Simplist if the need arises? I certainly would, they made a lasting impression on me and I will share that with all those know.

Jonathan is outstanding
I don’t typically take the time to write reviews because I’m buddy with work, life, etc., and I would have missed the boat on thousands of dollars of savings if it wasn’t for Jonathan’s effort throughout the process. Refinancing multiple mortgages is a pain but Jonathan ran point and made it simple and I trusted his judgment throughout the process. He stayed on me to get him what he needed and let his awesome team do the rest. He’ll do all my mortgages purchase and refi going forward.

First, I would like to thank, Zouhair Zamraki and Melanie Dias, for their professionalism and courtesy in dealing with me as a customer. They both truly went above and beyond to assure my refinance closed in a mere 17 days. They were both a joy to work with. You will not speak with them much because, as the told me to start, get me the asked for information and we will do the rest and that they did.
