I have done many refinance before, but it seems Simplist was in the Major League and the other in the Minors. They went beyond over exceeded my expectations. Also, went the extra mile with my refi. From start to the end, they demonstrate good quality and attention to details such as: 1. Walking me through the entire mortgage process. 2. They got back to me. One of the best characteristics a mortgage loan originator can possess is responsiveness because it shows that you're a priority. They took me seriously. 3. They welcomed my questions and answered them. 4. They were organized. 6. They are open to learning more about their field. 7. They didn't pressure me like other mortgage companies. Excellent to work with
In the last 12 years, my husband and I have bought and sold 8 homes, and refinanced at least 6 or 7x. We have never worked with better lenders. They are faster, they keep track of everything we send them well, and most importantly they seem to recognize that we are human. Madeline and Kevin were awesome to work with, and they also seem to be backed by an excellent underwriting team. Unlike in past purchases/refis, we were never asked to provide silly, unreasonable documentation nor paperwork. They asked for what they needed to show that our finances were in order, and then we were approved. Compared to every other lender, the experience was smooth and amazing.
