Zouhair is very well spoken, always ready to help,very spontaneous and it was a smooth ride at Simplist with him. We wanted to close early and Zouhair gave his 200% to make sure that we close on time. We are so happy that we went out with simplist, they offered the lowest interest rate in the market. Excellent Refi Experience
The staff at simplist were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were straight and to the point and provided me with the best rates out of all the various institutions where I had requested refinancing quotes. Also, the simplist staff were very helpful and flexible when I had come across some issues completing parts of the refinancing process. Overall, I would highly recommend them and plan on working with my loan officers again in the future.

Navigating the refinancing process would've been impossible without the help and guidance of Jonathan and the team at Simplist. I could not be happier with the overall outcome. I am especially grateful for the continued communication and updates that we received. HUGE Savings Working with Simplist! A+ Experience
Priced a refinance loan directly through multiple lenders and decided (almost) on Rocket Mortgage; even though I still wasn't thrilled with the high closing costs. While browsing social media, I came across a link to price a re-finance loan using the Simplist platform. I went through the 5-minute process (literally) and sure enough, Simplist was offering virtually the same loan (also through Rocket Mortgage) for roughly 30% of the previously quoted closing cost price that was offered directly through Rocket Mortgage. For the 5-minutes I spent seeing if it would be beneficial to work with Simplist on my refinance, I saved upwards of $7,000 in closing costs and another $100/month on my new mortgage! Working with Simplist was the best decision I could have made for my refinance. Robert, Anna, and Stephanie were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. They guided me through the process and had my loan approved in 3 business days! Thank you so much to Simplist and the amazing loan officers they have supporting their mission of providing consumers like myself with the best options for mortgage loans and refinances!

Exceeded all expectations
Very happy I stumbled across Simplist during my search for a lender to refinance my home. Everything about the experience, from first contact with the website to working with the broker (Jonathan), was five stars. Simplist got me a rate that blew everyone else out of the water and we closed with a check in hand in about 2 weeks! Amazing service from start to finish and I would recommend Simplist to anyone.
Closed 3 loans for us this year!
Seung and his team were amazing and instrumental in helping us to close 3 loans during the latter half of this year. We were initially hesitant to switch to Simplist because we were told that the rates were "too good to be true"--- Well, they are true! And the process was seamless. All three loans were cleared to close with time to spare. Documents are uploaded electronically and Seung is available to answer questions along the way. Highly recommend!!!
Great Follow up
Working with Simplist was the best choice I could have made when deciding to refinance. Jonathan and Andrew took care of every detail. Anytime further follow up was required by the bank, Andrew handled it quickly and effectively ensuring all items were correct. Very little effort was required on our part.
