lender informative and helpful but sometimes confusing as to who was doing what; always returned phone calls promptly, aways patient, one of my sorces of income prolonged the agony.

Saved the Day!
I knew interest rates had gone down. I reached out to my bank who has somebody that handles refinances and such. This person was very little help to me. Unresponsive, unclear, etc. I started searching around and found Jared through Simpilst. He was great. Responsive - happy to get on the phone or respond to emails as needed. Found the rates that I knew were out there, etc. I'm gonna save over 100k on interest over the course of this loan now. For that - I'd give Jared 100 stars if I could.
