Good rates but difficult process
I'd give it 2.5 start. On the upside, they were prompt with a quote and I was happy with the rates. Their website is also pretty good. However, overall this was the most difficult mortgage process I've been through (with 6 rental properties, I've been through the mortgage/refinance process ~10 times). In the end, I provided 60+ documents. Rather than ask for everything upfront, I was peppered every few days with requests for more documentation. In several cases, their sloppy attention to detail created more work for me. Many of the request were super urgent, which was completely unnecessary if they had asked for everything upfront.

Easy straight forward process for a cash out refinance
