Wish I started with them!
So after trying two mortgage companies, including my current for a refi; I found Simplist. The first two had a much higher interest rate and kept raising my closing costs. Their communication was horrible. Simplist immediately answered my inquiry; explained all my options. And had wonderful communication. My (much better) rate AND closing costs were locked in. It was quick, efficient and professional! Made refinancing a dream after my 2 nightmares. I will definitely recommend them!!
Refi
From start to finish it was very smooth process. Zouhair explained the steps and was always available to respond to queries in a timely manner. Will do business with Simplist again and won’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

As a new homeowner, I have received leaflets and phone calls from all sorts of entities claiming to offer me competitive refinancing rates. I even did my own research with big banks and smaller credit unions alike- no service came close to Simplist. Best Experience Ever with a Mortgage Company
This is our third time working with a mortgage company, and it was by far the best. We were about to close on our refinance when I decided, what the heck, and checked Simplist. They beat our other best rate by .75 of a percentage point—huge! Even our other broker said he understood why we were switching to Simplist. We appreciated how secure and easy it was to upload all our documentation. Seung from Simplist was like a five-star concierge, keeping us updated and educated on every step of the process. And we cannot believe how fast we closed. Having gone through the entire refinance process, I can say that Simplist is significantly better than working with older mortgage companies.

Process was fairly quick (two weeks even from first contact to closing) and everyone was very professional from officer to notary.

This was a quick and easy process. Simplist beat out all the other companies rate and closing costs.
My second refi with Simplist
Simplist did a great job on my refi last summer. Rates continued downward, so I refi'ed with Simplist again this summer. Simplist made the process incredibly easy and quick. I started the process with a call with Anthony. He locked me in at a great rate. Then he helped me figure out which docs I would need (and not need), so that we could make the process run as quickly as possible while still getting me the best rate. In total, I spent less than 2 hours on the entire process prior to closing, and my wife only spent 15 minutes. Simplist also arranged our closing, which took place at our house and only took 25 minutes. All in all, with the great rates Simplist had available and the low amount of work required, it was a no-brainer for us to refi with Simplist.
Excellent customer experience
I had a great experience working with Simplist! They helped me close on a tight timeline and were available in the evenings while I was negotiating with the sellers. They also shielded me from the weird shenanigans that the lender pulled, like trying to retract my appraisal waiver at the last minute.
