To be completely honest, I was apprehensive about doing an online mortgage. Having owned many homes and always financing the traditional way, this was a learning curve for me. Now that the process is complete, I can happily report it was easy! Jared was available every step of the way. If I called or texted, he would get back immediately. He worked to get me the best options, and my husband and I are extremely pleased with the outcome. The Simplist website was easy to navigate, and the underwriters were clear and concise about what information they needed. It was a quick process. Lastly, Jared is very personable and easy to talk to. He has a great sense of humor and is knowledgeable about his product. I have already referred a friend who is working with him now. I found Simplist through a Facebook add when I started thinking about refinancing my home. I liked the idea of going through a broker that used the latest technology and once I signed up I was happy with the rates I was quoted. My only complaint is that when going through the process they almost tried to make it too simple and I sometimes was wanting more information when it came to choosing a lender. Jeff worked with me personally and was always able to answer questions I had and make me fell good about the whole process. I would recommend Jeff and Simplist to anyone wanting to buy or refinance, their rates were very competitive and there customer service was excellent!

I can’t imagine a smoother refinance. Jeffrey is knowledgeable, personable and extremely responsive. He helped me lock in a lower rate and really talked me through the process so that I felt very secure about my loan choice. Closing took 20 minutes. Very easy to upload everything I needed. Jeff will not disappoint. I’ll miss chatting with him even.

Simplist is a great company. I put in a request for info over the internet and they set up a phone call appointment with a Sr. Real Estate Finance Expert, Jared Stone. He explained all the details and Simplist sent the application to be submitted online. They have a secure portal to upload all the required documents and they are able to populate all the required info very quickly. I closed my refi in 22 days during COVID! Any issues that came up during the process were handling quickly and I was always provided a list of options if a decision was required. If you put your info in for other companies, they will just cold call you constantly. I highly recommended Jared Stone and Simplist for their professionalism and skill at getting the job accomplished. This really is a life altering move (financially speaking). In the end, I cut 2 years off my 1st and 12 years off my 2nd. My monthly rises only $30 a month. We will own our home in 15 years after purchasing orginally in 2007. Thanks again!
