Homebuying is still far from simple and we connected with Ryan via Simplist's pre-approval process (which was loads better than our primary bank or other online platforms). Ryan quickly delivered paperwork, kept us on track, was available nights and weekends when we needed something complete and helped us close on-time (in fact, we coulda been early but had already booked long distance essentials).

Smoother than I expected
I did a refi as a self employed individual, so I expected a ridiculous amount of back-and-forth for documentation, and etc. Sure, there was quite a bit, but the flow of information went smoothly and it was *definitely* easier to do than last time. All turned out well.
