James Green, A True Professional
I’ve read many reviews, many of which are rich in platitudes, so let me cut to the chase. James Green is the best mortgage loan officer I have ever worked with, bar none. I speak with some authority, as I’ve gone through the mortgage exercise multiple times. This is not my first rodeo! From my initial contact to the closing of the refi, James was with me every step of the way. I specified the parameters of my refi and James met every demand I made. His professionalism, combined wIth his depth of knowledge and positive work ethic, made the entire process quite pleasurable. I know, making the refi process pleasurable may sound implausible, but it truly was the smoothest, user-friendly experience I’ve encountered in the mortgage arena. Whether it was a telephone conversation or an email exchange, information James provided was accurate and detailed. He clearly understands who the client is and goes the extra mile to ensure a satisfactory end result. James Green and his assistants make a dynamic and formidable team. It is without hesitation that I wholeheartedly recommend James and his hardworking team. Based upon my direct experience with James, I frankly doubt a more qualified mortgage team exists.

The information and direction communicated by Mr. Green was precise and knowledgeable, with strong evidence of his apparent mortgage refinance expertise. I was guided step by step with a detailed efficient program that was easily completed on-line, and expedited into a smooth and timely process resulting in my positive refinance experience. What a pleasure it was to work with Ryan at Simplist!
This was the 3rd time that I've done a refinance and I wish the other two times were this easy. I called several lenders and Ryan was by far the most thorough loan officer that I spoke with. To top it off, he had the lowest rate compared to everyone else I spoke with, including my own bank that had my mortgage! I didn't believe Ryan at first about how quickly we would close, but he delivered within about two weeks after I filled out their online application and provided my documentation. I'm definitely going to pass on your info to friends and family for their mortgages.
Easiest refi ever, thanks to Ryan!
My mortgage rate was pretty low when I got it several years ago so I didn't plan to refi until I saw that I could save at least a point on it. I am so busy, while I've been working from home since our quarantine it's made work harder in many ways. I say this because I REALLY didn't want to go through a refi. All the paperwork, gathering things, sending things, closing things, and then there's usually so much more. Clearly, the name of the company, Simplist got my attention, but I still expected a big headache. Ryan told me we would close by the end of September and I count Oct. 2, as close enough! He was very professional, thorough, and seriously the only hurdle was closing an unused HELOC, but that had nothing to do with his service. He was absolutely respectful, full of great advice and personable. I'd recommend him any day.
Fantastic Experience
James is professional, kind, and prompt to respond to all communications, regardless of the day or time. He also was very helpful with troubleshooting when it was necessary. Its been a pleasure working with him.
Quick, Easy to work with, Professional, Friendly
James and his team of specialists handled my refinance so smoothly that I look forward to the next time I can work with them to get an even lower rate in the future :) Financial transitions like this are often laborious and sometimes scary (because of the big decision you are making). However, James and his team made the process very simple, with easy interfaces to upload documents and made themselves available via email, text and phone! Working with James and his teams' modern approach to refinancing is THE way to go. I've had over 10 mortgages in my life and this was the best experience by far. They said what they were going to do, they did what they said they would do and they confirmed it all in a timely manner using effective communications - website, email, text, and voice. THEY EVEN CAME TO MY HOUSE TO CLOSE!
