Easy Breezy
This was by far the simplest refinance I have completed. I uploaded all of the documents online. I closed in 2 weeks! The closing officer came to my home where we completed most of the signing online and the rest on paper. The officer was very professional and helpful!

Great service, lowest rates
Jared Stone provided great service and walked me through any questions during my first home purchase. He was always immediately available to discuss any questions and provided great customer service. The rate received was also the lowest rate we found. I will use Jared again in the future should I buy another home.

I had a very smooth refinancing experience with Seung and the Simplist crew. I was guided every step of the way - when I had questions they were answered very quickly, and any adjusts to my loan that I requested were also handled in a timely manner. From start to closing, I think it only ended up being about a two week process!
