The team at Simplist were amazing right from the start. They gave us a run-down of the whole process and a Loan Estimate. The Simplist interface was intuitive and helped us upload the missing documents. Though our underwriting process had a few hiccups (unrelated to Simplist), the team was able to close the loan in a tight escrow. We would definitely work with Simplist in the future and recommend them to our friends + colleagues.
