I’ve read many reviews, many of which are rich in platitudes, so let me cut to the chase. James Green is the best mortgage loan officer I have ever worked with, bar none. I speak with some authority, as I’ve gone through the mortgage exercise multiple times. This is not my first rodeo!
From my initial contact to the closing of the refi, James was with me every step of the way. I specified the parameters of my refi and James met every demand I made. His professionalism, combined wIth his depth of knowledge and positive work ethic, made the entire process quite pleasurable. I know, making the refi process pleasurable may sound implausible, but it truly was the smoothest, user-friendly experience I’ve encountered in the mortgage arena.
Whether it was a telephone conversation or an email exchange, information James provided was accurate and detailed. He clearly understands who the client is and goes the extra mile to ensure a satisfactory end result.
James Green and his assistants make a dynamic and formidable team. It is without hesitation that I wholeheartedly recommend James and his hardworking team. Based upon my direct experience with James, I frankly doubt a more qualified mortgage team exists.
