ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're on the lookout for a Technical Recruiter to help scale our engineering and product teams during a period of rapid growth and play a key role in establishing new recruiting strategies and processes. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders on the engineering team to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, build robust pipelines of diverse technical talent, and close candidates. You'll handle a range of high-impact tasks including owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, leading first-in-kind searches, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience.

This position is open to both immediate or a January 2022 start as well as flexibility for candidates who would like to work on-site, hybrid or fully remote (but able to work Eastern Time Zone hours).

KEY DUTIES
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for multiple technical roles, effectively building relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
  • Help develop creative and scalable recruiting strategies to proactively build a pipeline of diverse technical talent through active and passive channels
  • Track and analyze metrics to improve our recruiting process and strategy
  • Act as a strategic partner to our talent team by driving changes to the hiring/interview process and providing a unique perspective on market trends and industry best practices
ABOUT YOU
  • 2-3+ years of experience working in an in-house role as a technical recruiter (high-growth startup experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills — you can advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices and also close in-demand candidates
  • Strong attention to detail and operational excellence — you’re able to prioritize across many stakeholders and candidate pools
  • Adaptability and eagerness to work in a fast-growing and fast-changing business
  • Passionate about fostering exceptional candidate experiences
  • Enthusiasm for training and mentoring junior recruiting team members
  • Experience using an ATS and other sourcing/CRM tools (Lever preferred)
